Do --- Hand wash with cool water after using
Do --- Reapply mineral oil and/or warmed

(food grade mineral oil & natural waxes)

Don't -- Lay the board flat after washing;
stand it upright and allow to dry
Don't -- Place on wet counter top
Don't -- Put in dishwasher

If fine wood fibers appear after first washing
sand board with very fine sand paper and apply
Howard's Butcher Block Conditioner - fiber should
not appear again
